If you contact Groundcover Works, the submitted name, email, business details, website address, timing, budget selection, and message are used to evaluate and respond to the inquiry. Do not send passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive information through the form.
Website analytics
The site is designed to use a self-hosted Umami analytics service for basic page and conversion measurement. Form names, emails, and message contents are not sent to analytics. The production configuration and retained URL parameters will be documented before launch.
Service providers
Groundcover Works plans to use infrastructure and communication providers for hosting, inquiry storage, transactional email, spam prevention, notifications, analytics, monitoring, and backups. The final provider list, processing locations, and any required disclosures will be verified before the inquiry endpoint is enabled.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry records will be retained only as long as useful for responding, maintaining appropriate business records, and meeting legal obligations. A concrete retention schedule and deletion procedure are a launch requirement and will replace this provisional language.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect submitted information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
