From provider uncertainty to a business-controlled foundation.
The engagement began with a problem many small businesses recognize: a previous provider had become unreachable, leaving the business to recover control of an essential domain and rebuild trust in the web process.
The constraint
The work has to improve the website without recreating the same dependency. That means business-controlled accounts, clear access documentation, a maintainable deployment, and an offboarding boundary understood from the start.
The decisions

What can be said today
