Services
A website—and dependable care after it goes live.
One scoped recommendation, not a menu of mysterious packages. The build fits your business; the care system keeps it useful.
Build
A custom site with a clear job to do.
We start with the customer’s questions and the business’s goals, then shape the structure, words, and visual direction around both.
Typical build scope
- Discovery and practical strategy
- Page structure and content collaboration
- Custom visual direction and responsive development
- Accessibility and search fundamentals
- Analytics, quality checks, and launch
Copywriting depth, migration, photography, special integrations, and additional features are scoped explicitly.
Care
The ongoing work that keeps a website dependable.
Care combines the infrastructure and the human follow-through. It is designed to prevent small technical chores from becoming business problems.
Planned Care scope
- Managed hosting, TLS, and backups
- Website and end-to-end form monitoring
- Maintenance and security updates
- Two bounded routine content updates each month
- Direct email support during business hours
- A reviewed monthly report
Launch note: monitoring and reporting are being completed and proven before Care is sold publicly.
Grow
Improve from evidence, not pressure.
Once a site has real traffic and inquiries, we can choose focused improvements with a reason behind them.
Possible work after launch
- Landing pages for real services or markets
- Conversion and content improvements
- Eligible local-search and profile stewardship
- Review and inquiry workflows
- Useful integrations and automation
Ads, social-media management, and broad “SEO packages” are not offered at launch.
No-hostage policy
Your business material stays yours.
Your domain, business accounts, original content, uploaded assets, and analytics data belong to you. Groundcover Works retains its source framework, reusable components, deployment tooling, and internal services.
If the relationship ends after agreed fees are paid, you receive the broadest practical portable sendoff: a hostable built site where technically possible, content and asset exports, relevant data, and account documentation. The exact boundary is written into the proposal before work begins.
Scope and pricing
Clear proposal. No surprise production method.
Current planning uses a custom website build floor around $2,000 and an ongoing Care floor around $149 per month. Those figures are working economics—not yet a published rate card.
After a qualification conversation, I recommend one scope with deliverables, responsibilities, timing, price, ongoing costs, and offboarding terms written plainly. New pages, redesigns, and features are quoted separately from routine Care updates.
